Personal Performance Management System
The application was built in order to help the HR department to quickly evaluate the employees based on their colleagues' feedback.
Each evaluated employee would have a profile within the application. Populating or editing the profiles is possible either by manually adding candidates or by importing them using an online import feature from an Excel file, or from a RDBMS source database.
Each employee is able to fill in a reference list document. This will contain all the persons that will provide feedback that would help evaluators/HR to make the evaluation.
Once the reference list is approved by the manager of the evaluated employee, the reference form documents are being created for each person selected in the reference list. They can now provide their feedback, based on which the final evaluation would be created and filled id by the evaluator.
